On behalf of the society for the prevention of cruelty to animals,i would like to talk about the cruel whaling in japan.
whales are now a protected species and are in endangermant of extinction.if we continuosly kill whales,the entire species would vanish from the face of the earth.once extinct, it cannot be brought back to life.many animals are extinct because of us human beings.Eg-Dodo,mammoth,great auk,passengr pigeon,Carolina Parakeet,Heath Hen,Eastern Bison and the Eastern Elk.over the past years, hundreds os animals were extinct and we do not want to add to the numbers.
although whales provide us with oil for fuel, we could look for alternatives such as solar energe or even wind.is the killing stops, the whales would once again flourish.
if humans where haunted, how would you feel?you would't like it, would you?
so i say,stop the haunting of whales!!!! Who's with me??!!

ReplyDeleteI am Leon from 1P3. I feel that you have done a good job in writing your speech on the cruelty of whaling in Japan . In your speech,you pointed out an extremely important point, which is that whaling will lead to the extinction of the whales and that we should put ourselves in the whales' shoes and stop whaling.
